Middle Readers

Twins Tori and Taya Wild disagree about almost everything ...except for their love of animals - which is good since their mother fosters all kinds of wild animals so their house is almost always full of them! But now their house has gone up in flames and the family's animal film business is struggling to get off its feet. And as if Taya doesn't have enough to worry about, Tori is making new friends without her. But when a request comes in for a swimming troupe of monkeys, things are looking up. Now they have to train them - if only Taya could swim ...It's lights, cameras, MONKEYS!

Product Information

A wild new animal series with a touch of glamour!

Lucy Courtenay was born in Northern Ireland, went to school in Dorset and studied history at Bristol. Her chequered career included stints as a tea lady, a press officer, a singer, a porcelain dealer, a TEFL teacher and an editor, before she finally saw sense and started writing children's books. Despite driving a proper car these days, she misses the vintage custard-yellow camper van that used to own her. In her family, she has trouble deciding who is more handsome: her husband or her two sons. She has a cat called Crumble.
